A letter from Meiling announces the upcoming visit of one of her friends from Hong Kong, curious to discover Tomoeda and, above all, to meet the girl her friend talks about so much. Sakura and Tomoyo excitedly prepare for this new encounter.

The visit doesn't go entirely smoothly, though: a Clear Card takes advantage of the confusion and excitement in the air to manifest, forcing Sakura to handle the situation while being careful not to frighten their guest. Shaoran, ever at his post, helps her untangle the web of emotions that seems to be feeding the card.
