The Clow Cards

The Clow Cards are a deck of 52 magical cards created by the magician Clow Reed to channel his immense power.

Each card embodies a force of nature or a concept (wind, water, time, illusions…) and obeys whoever manages to seal and master it.

After Clow Reed's death, the cards remain sealed within a book until Sakura Kinomoto accidentally releases them, becoming the new Cardcaptor.
