Sakura and her Dream Self
For a few nights now, Sakura has been having strange dreams in which she sees herself acting against her will, as though another version of herself were taking control while she sleeps. Upon waking, she discovers unsettling clues suggesting these dreams might be spilling over into reality, sowing doubt in a mind that's usually so serene.
Kero quickly realizes that a Clow Card is having fun blurring the line between dream and waking life, causing Sakura to do things she has no memory of doing. To capture it, Sakura has to learn to distinguish her own free will from the card's influence, an almost inward confrontation as much as an outward one.
This face-off with a double of herself pushes Sakura to wonder who she really is, beyond her role as Cardcaptor. Surrounded by Kero's trust and her loved ones' quiet support, she comes out of it more confident, having firmly taken back the reins of her own will.
