Sakura and Double Trouble
Tomoeda becomes the stage for a bewildering phenomenon: people and objects start appearing in duplicate, causing general confusion among residents and Sakura's classmates alike. Tomoyo, fascinated, enjoys the situation while worrying for her friend.
The cause is the Mirror Card, capable of creating independent reflections of anything, including Sakura herself, who then has to face a version of herself identical in every way. This unsettling confrontation forces her to know herself better in order to tell real from fake and manage to transform the card back.
This confrontation with her own double pushes Sakura to reflect on who she truly is, beyond her role as Cardcaptor. The episode highlights her growing maturity and the self-confidence she's built throughout her magical journey.
