Sakura and the Final Judgment

The day of the Final Judgment has come, and Sakura, her heart pounding, makes her way to the place where her destiny as Cardcaptor will finally be decided. Surrounded by Kero and Shaoran, she knows this trial surpasses everything she's faced so far, and that no card or spell can fully prepare her for what awaits.

That's when the truth breaks: Yukito, Toya's best friend for whom Sakura had long harbored tender feelings, turns out to actually be Yue, the second guardian of the Clow Book, hidden under a human guise all along. Yue puts Sakura through a series of merciless trials to judge whether she's worthy of becoming the rightful Mistress of the Cards, while Shaoran, in a deeply noble gesture, gives up his own claim to the cards to help her succeed.

Carried by her courage, her sincerity, and the love she holds for those around her, Sakura passes the trial and is officially proclaimed Mistress of the Clow Cards, under the moved gazes of Yue and Kero. This episode, the climax of the entire season, masterfully closes out the Clow Card arc while sealing forever the bonds forged between Sakura, Shaoran, Kero, and now Yue.
