Sakura and the Wonderful Teacher

A new teacher, as charismatic as he is kind, arrives in Sakura's class, immediately winning over the students with his original teaching methods and his sincere attention to each one of them. Sakura herself grows fond of this teacher who makes school more enjoyable.

A mystery nonetheless hangs over this seemingly perfect teacher, and a Clow Card soon turns out to be connected, closely or loosely, to his presence or his unusual behavior. Sakura has to carefully untangle the magic from the human side of the affair, so as not to tarnish the image of a teacher everyone has grown to like.

The episode tenderly explores the theme of an inspiring adult figure, capable of leaving a lasting mark on a child's path. Sakura comes away with another lesson about kindness and the importance of those who, even briefly, know how to believe in her.
